Verified Complaint, August 1, 2001

The threats and correspondence from Paul Andrew Mitchell hit a peak with the arrival of this document, a "verified complaint" sent via mail that laid out in one place all of the charges, claims and facts from Paul Mitchell's point of view. Named in this complaint are dozens of defendants (and thousands beyond them unnamed) as well as descriptions in excruciating detail of the entire process up to that point. Much of it is repetitive but the entire document is reproduced for clarity.
Highlights, if you don't wish to read it all: How Mitchell lost all his money and his interpretation of Shareware, the moment he became aware of the Internet and World Wide Web, the time he surveyed the entire Internet, his request for $2.6billion in damages, and his signature, including the embossed Supreme Law Firm stamp.
